Trump hits new approval low in the[RCP aggregate of polls;](https://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/president_trump_job_approval-6179.html) 37.0% approve, 57.8 disapprove, spread of 20.8% Gallup has him at 36/59 I am hoping these approval numbers keep dropping. A failed budget bill will certainly help - or more tweets attacking women. ---
