My medical analysis of Trump’s physical (random thoughts): -The doctor did not note any rosacea yet he is on medication for it; it is unusual for it to be that effective -His cholesterol is poorly controlled. I don’t know his baseline, but according to AHA/ACC criteria [link](http://www.cvriskcalculator.com/), his calculated 10 year cardiac risk ON medication (baseline should really be done without medication) is 24.6%, which would be enough to recommend a moderate to high dose statin (ie at least 20 mg of rosuvastatin)-that one is on his prior doctor since recommendation is to reduce LDL by 50% from baseline and it is doubtful that his baseline LDl was almost 300 -All kidding aside, he really is in excellent health for his age and he did excellent on the cognitive testing -My medical conclusion is that he is not suffering from dementia and that therefore he is either mentally ill or much more likely just a giant self-centered racist ass. ---
