NPR justice correspondent Carrie Johnson was telling Hari Sreenavasan tonight that Jeff No Regard Sessions, on the eve of the committee’s vote, does not support the, AHEM, !bipartisan! bill to make major changes to the criminal justice system, especially for non-violent drug offenders. We have an extradition treaty with Slovenia, but I dunno if they will extradite for something like violating an NDA or prenup. Of course, by that time, Trump will be retired to Moscow, so it may get complicated. ---

It’s not the FBI’s job to stop crazy people from shooting up schools, unless they are terrorists, and none of the right-wingers are likely to call them that. Trump himself seems to limit the designation of “terrorist” to Muslims.
