Mike Pence used an unsecure server to run his emails while governor of Indiana. Including Homeland Security information. His AOL account was apparently compromised by a criminal who ran the “I’m stuck overseas and need $1000 to get home” scam. I’m not defending his actions or hypocrisy. Just clarifying the facts. ---

Tonight Rachel Maddow reported on a leaked report produced by the DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis in cooperation with various other agencies. Maddow says the report comes to the conclusion: “We assess that most foreign-born U.S.-based violent extremists likely radicalized several years after their entry into the United States, limiting the ability of screening and vetting officials to prevent their entry because of national security concerns.” So.
