I agree. My belief is that Kelly is cementing his regency powers. He’s gotten rid of Jared, or at least Jared’s ability to participate in most meetings, and therefore lessened the influence of Ivanka. He’s gotten rid of Bannon. With McMaster’s ouster, Kelly has gotten rid of pretty much anyone who could interfere with his own plans for the exercise of the Presidency (through the easily-manipulated Trump). Time will tell, I guess. ---
