Melvin James Brooks and Carl Reiner are/were both Jewish and should be erased. This is the Rethug cancel culture. And we cannot stop at erasing Carl, Rob Reiner (who already was way too intellectual for Trump) but he’s gotta be erased. Even easier, Norman Lear was of both Russian and Jewish descent (which one do you think matters to Trump more?) so all his shows, yes even “What’s Happenin?” are counter-culture. And don’t say Archie Bunker wouldn’t agree with it - even though Carrol O’Conner is safe as he was born in Manhattan and he was of real Irish descent. As bigoted as Archie seemed to be, it was a parody of bigotry. Here you are America, this is either you or not you. ---

I could claim (though of course will not) that the lower case ‘p’ resembles the Cyrillic lower case "р\* which is more of an ‘er’ sound. Yet my name has two ‘"r’'s in both first and surname and in my old passport the Russian visas use the "р\* as often one needs to approximate a Latin character. "Smaрti\* it is! _Мои извинения_ (_Moi izvineniya_) - polite version of “My apologies” ---

Utterly off topic: The most wonderful thing about growing up in Zim was the recycling system. Each beer you purchased (including scud) could be replaced with a new one with two empties. So two empty bottles = one full beer. We rampantly stole empty bottles as teenagers. I mean, I got bust smuggling 18 empties out of a bar in my trousers. That valueable. ---
