Oh good lord! 🙄

This was my fave part (which cannot be repeated too often):

_[Judge] Hollander wrote that DOGE “essentially engaged in a fishing expedition at SSA, in search of a fraud epidemic, based on little more than suspicion,” and “never identified or articulated even a single reason for which the DOGE Team needs unlimited access to SSA’s entire record systems.”_

EXACTLY!

Looks like Dudek backpedaled _ **hard** _:

_Less than 24 hours later — after the judge rejected his argument and the White House intervened — Dudek is saying he was “out of line.”_
-and-
_“[The White House] called me and let me know it’s important to reaffirm to the public that we’re open for business,” he said. “The White House did remind me that I was out of line and so did the judge. And I appreciate that.”_

I have no doubt that Social Security is still in their crosshairs, though. They just can’t figure out how to do it.

I groomed, saddled and rode my horse after cracking an elbow in a fall (no, not off him, walking too fast and tripping onto asphalt) starting a couple of days after I got treated, with the arm in a sling. Saddling with one hand (and a small assist from the sling side, ouch) wasn’t easy, but I was going to do it anyway. Come to think of it, after falling I drove home in considerable pain and only called a friend to take me to the ER when I arrived. Fortunately it was my left elbow. But I loved that horse, dammit, he was a steady Eddie, and we only walked till I healed. And I’m presuming you loved the rafting enough to suffer a little for it.

ETA: But I was sober, so does that make me even stupider than you?

I don’t think Felon47 does stupid things just for joy or love, but only in service to the spite and evil that animates him.

[Just in case anyone, anyone at all, had any lingering doubts about how much Firxt Felon47 _loves_ himself some communist dictatorships, he’s sending Cuban refugees to Cuba.](https://www.aol.com/news/trump-revokes-legal-status-530-210307144.html) Also note these people came to America legally and have not overstayed their visas.

>
> The move, effective April 24, cuts short a two-year “parole” granted to the migrants under former President Joe Biden that allowed them to enter the country by air if they had U.S. sponsors.

[To nobody’s surprise, except maybe that of Prexident Muxk and Firxt Felon47, continuing their little shell game with humans did not impress the judge who ordered it stopped.](https://www.aol.com/news/judge-boasberg-trump-justice-department-090053114.html)

> [@](#):
>
> US District Judge [James Boasberg](https://www.cnn.com/2025/03/18/politics/boasberg-doj-deadline/index.html?cid=external-feeds_iluminar_yahoo)vowed on Friday to find out whether officials in the Trump administration violated his orders temporarily blocking the use of an 1798 law for deportations by refusing to turn two flights around last weekend.
>
> “I will get to the bottom of whether they violated my order – who ordered this and what the consequences will be,” Boasberg said near the end of an hourlong hearing over whether he should lift the pair of orders he issued last Saturday.
>
> The comments come as Boasberg, the chief judge of the federal trial-level court in Washington, DC, moves closer to deciding whether the administration flouted his orders when it allowed two flights carrying migrants being deported under the Alien Enemies Act to continue last weekend despite his verbal command that the government immediately turn the planes around and halt the deportations pending a legal challenge.
>
> Boasberg, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, appeared incensed on Friday over how the Justice Department has handled the fast-moving case, opening the hearing by tearing into the tone the administration had taken in some of its court filings.
>
> He told DOJ attorney Drew Ensign that the government had used “intemperate and disrespectful” language that he’s “never seen from the United States” as it pushed various legal arguments before him earlier this week, including the suggestion his orders from the bench last Saturday carried less weight than a written order that was issued shortly after those proceedings.

> It agreed to give Donald Trump’s administration $40 million in free legal work for causes the president supports and, according to [a social media post from Trump](https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/114197044617921519), get rid of any internal diversity, equity and inclusion policies.
>
> In response, Trump rescinded his [executive order that targeted the firm](https://www.nytimes.com/2025/03/20/us/politics/paul-weiss-deal-trump-executive-order-withdrawn.html) and could have cost it significant business.
>
> The agreement shocked many in the legal community, and for Rachel Cohen, an associate at another large firm — Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP — it was the final straw.
>
> On Thursday night, Cohen fired off an email to her firm that said she was giving her two-weeks’ notice, unless leaders there agreed to a number of conditions that would, in effect, stand up to the Trump administration — including by refusing to cooperate with the targeting of DEI programs.

[What do you know? The federal Department of Justice is being weaponized. But this is to protect Firxt Felon47 for his treason.](https://www.aol.com/news/us-justice-department-moves-protect-163634873.html)

>
> WASHINGTON (Reuters) -The U.S. Justice Department has moved to shield President Donald Trump from civil lawsuits by police and Democratic lawmakers seeking to hold him responsible for violence during the January 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by his supporters.
>
> In court filings late on Thursday, department lawyers told U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta to replace Trump as a defendant in the litigation and have the U.S. government take his place concerning certain claims because he was “acting within the scope of his office or employment” before and during the riot.

Let’s see:

1. Incitement to riot while president = acting within the scope of the office of president

2. Conspiracy to commit sedition = acting within the scope of the office of president

3. Mass pardons of traitors who tried to overthrow the government = acting within the scope of the office of president

4. We now have a king, not a president.

And the magaflatearthers and whatever other shades of Republicans are left in our country can now shut the fuck up about law and order, unless, of course, they’re discussing the television franchise.
