When I heard TRump’s story about his MIT professor uncle and The Unabomber, I simply said “Yeah, right!” Stephen Colbert pointed out in last night’s monologue that most of the story was just lies. So did Jordan Kleppner on _Th Daily Show_, apparently. Trump did have an uncle who was a professor at MIT. That much is true. None of the rest of it was. You know, I hesitate to bring it up because some people have deep feelings about cola rivalries, but you can right now buy Pepsi Made With Real Sugar. You know, Donnie, you can already buy Coke with sugar. It’s the one that says Hecho en Mexico. Still comes in a glass bottle, just like god intended! Oh and it costs $3 a bottle. ---

One of the things that most astonishes me about Trump is how he has managed to take a party that was once dedicated to laissez-faire capitalism, and get that party to go all in on high tariffs, and on the government determining what products individual corporations should and should not manufacture. ---
