For quite some time, my father would not purchase Heinz products because “The guy’s a socialist”. Some years later, Dad changed his mind. I think that’s because the places where he liked to get fast food, especially buffets, used Heinz and it was much better tasting than the competitor he had been buying. Well written parody, though the Lennon (and McCartney) song most appropriate to Trump is the classic monumentally confusing Lennon hit, “I am the Walrus”. I’m not even sure it can be parodied. ---

There was no chorus of “(If you want it)” like the song “Happy Xmas (War is Over)” as trump was reportedly refraining with “That’s how it is”. The message WAR IS OVER if you want it where the differences in font size was more like 44 to 9 was on billboards John & Yoko bought in a bunch of cities in 1971. Oddly, that song sold better than anything else post-Beatles (pre death) and he was singing to Americans about a deeply unpopular war that was still considered winnable. The next “happy xmas” in 1972 involved Kissinger, the Minister of putting flowers into VW Bugs, ordering the biggest bombing using B-52’s ever over Hanoi. Nixon won in 1968 partly because he had a “Secret Plan” to win the war. Yet it was Kissinger and Tho (who turned it down) that won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1973. ---

Too bad Zelensky didn’t have a recording of the “perfect call” and neither did Brad Raffensperger in Georgia with the “find me 11,000+” votes (or did he? Doesn’t matter). I reckon in the “perfect call” there’s like a double jeopardy impeachment and I’m sure one would have turned up this year if only to try and discredit him. Even if caught with sound on video it’d be dismissed as a “deep fake”. In some trial in 1990 he denied an actual tape recording where he was acting as “John Miller, DJT’s spokesman” yet I don’t think he was being prosecuted for that yet clearly perjured himself as, yeah, it did sound exactly like him. And he was well known to some reporter in NYC (Post, NYT? Unsure) as calling in as John Barron (same name as his son years before he met Melania) and talking up one Donald Trump, Millionaire Successful Businessman. In one case the reporter asked him, ‘Is this Donald Trump’?” and that was denied and may have been the last call. Can’t deny what he said on Jan 6 or why he had boxes of confidential material in his third luxurious bathroom yet you’ll never get 2/3’rds on that and did not. The Georgia thing might go away as they disqualified the last prosecutor and have a short time to find another else it might be dismissed. And that includes Giuliani and trump’s lawyer or something Mark Meadows who plead not guilty. Off those topics: He clearly had his dream day October 13th. Accolades and standing O’s everywhere. Dunno if he or his son in law can build their resorts, casinos and golf courses with all that rubble in the way, yet he’s a hero in Israel and the Gazans best find a nice place in Iran as they are only in the way.
