All the Gulf (of Fuck Trump) states are Red, most of tornado alley are too. The only Blue state regularly needing assistance is California. The Blue states can take the money they were sending to FEMA and create a pact to help each other. The Red states would be up shit creek because they always use more than they contribute. That’s unfortunate but apparently at least Trump doesn’t understand this. ---

I’m seeing that Trump is cancelling secret service protection for several people that spoke against him. The Wall Street Journal reported on that this morning. Included in here are John Bolton and Anthony Fauci. So, he pardons the J6 rioters, several who have violent tendencies. They now know that Trump will protect them if they fight for him. And Trump has enemies who he has stripped of protection making a juicy 2nd amendment target. Any guesses where this is headed? ---

New RTO development. Email from my union: _The Agency has stated its intention to send an email, now supposedly sometime next week, to all Agency employees outlining the Agency’s new telework “policy.” This new “policy” is based on the Presidential Memorandum entitled "Return to In-Person Work” and is in direct contravention of the terms of our collective bargaining agreement. The Agency has conveyed to the Union that it was taking this action because, in its view, the Presidential Memorandum “has the force of law.”_ _The Union was noticed of this change yesterday, and the Agency subsequently scheduled a meeting with the local Presidents of the three [Agency] unions. During this meeting, [Agency] management representatives stated that the Agency intended to revise its telework policy issued under The Telework Enhancement Act of 2010, 5 U.S.C. § 6502(a)(1)(A), to state that employees must work full-time at their respective official duty stations by no later than February 24, 2025. Agency representatives stated that the only established exclusion, at this point, was for “approved reasonable accommodations due to a disability or qualifying medical condition.”_ No, I’m not expecting anyone to feel sorry for me or any other federal employee. But if bargained labor contracts can be contravened by the stroke of a Sharpie, that is not a great sign for anyone who thinks they are legally entitled to any specific rights ---

Trump didn’t put them in jail, •Biden• did that. That serves Trump well too. After all, a violent mob is just a violent mob. But throw in 4 years incarceration for that extra dash of murderous rage and now he has something truly special. ---
