Hell, the unlamented [Martha McSally](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martha_McSally) was the first woman pilot to fly combat missions (1995, Iraq, A-10s) and the first to command a combat squadron (354th Fighter Squadron). She also sued Donald Rumsfeld over being forced to wear an abbaya to placate the Saudis. Do these people all have such a hard-on for DEI hires because they themselves never qualified for anything? Did anyone in Trumps circles actually do the work to be qualified for something? (To be fair: I do not have any formal qualifications; I’m just good at my job 😉 ) ---
