Since the Russians are the good boys now there is no need to investigate or hinder any cyber-crime, cyber-war, or cyber-sabotage they may have been engaging in anymore. As a matter of fact, I order all federal agencies that do to stop immediately:

> **[Trump administration retreats in fight against Russian cyber threats](https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025/feb/28/trump-russia-hacking-cyber-security)**
>
> Recent incidents indicate US is no longer characterizing Russia as a cybersecurity threat, marking a radical departure: ‘Putin is on the inside now’

> The [Trump administration](https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/trump-administration) has publicly and privately signaled that it does not believe [Russia](https://www.theguardian.com/world/russia) represents a cyber threat against US national security or critical infrastructure, marking a radical departure from longstanding intelligence assessments.
>
> The shift in policy could make the US vulnerable to hacking attacks by Russia, experts warned, and appeared to reflect the warming of relations between [Donald Trump](https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/donaldtrump) and Russia’s president, [Vladimir Putin](https://www.theguardian.com/world/vladimir-putin).
