Of course, that’s a far cry from Noem’s ridiculous “hundreds of millions”, and who knows how many people would have had overdoses from just the amount of drugs destroyed in these sea attacks. ---

The strong drop in heroin deaths in recent years is interesting. I wonder if it’s that at this point pretty much all heroine is cut with fentanyl so it counts as a fentanyl death. ---

Look at the surging gray line that happens to surge around the time heroin is dropping. Yes, I would say that most of the current ODs from opioids are attributed to fentanyl since that is what folks are buying these days, no matter the labeling. Edit to add: No guessing. The gray line is “primarily IMF”: Illicitly manufactured fentanyl. Reading glasses are useful at times 🤓 ---

I did not know that! Method actor all the way! Also a bit of a disclaimer: It likely is quite possible to go into cardiac arrest with just snorting big fat lines for a long period. Just like with alcohol, you can die of alcohol poisoning (or even drinking too much water). I see a tariff coming! Invest in Bolivian Marching Powder! Argentina is good. And they have beef. And are getting $40 billion. Brazil can destroy their rain forests. I think Chile is shaped all wrong. They should all be like Belize (pronounced wrong). Who doesn’t like Belize (pronounced wrong)? And most people don’t know, none of them make syrup. Australia has lots of “kick the ball and score” sports. They call American NFL “Gridiron” which is cool. Many take Super Bowl _Monday_ off to watch it (summer-time) “Soccer” as a name was (almost sure) originally British. Not many people know this, but you’re not allowed to use your hands in Soccer. Only the goalie, who wears giant oven mitts. The USA is hosting some of the World Cup with America’s hat and the filthy Mexicans. They can call it football, yet we’ll call it soccer. I have a bet with Putin, you know Vladimir Putin? His team won their first game (they got out of the group stage, which was unexpected. Then they beat Spain on penalties and lost to Croatia in the quarterfinals on penalty kicks. They kept Crimea) I bet him Ukraine that the USA will win it all, ---
