I know you are Jewish, but both pig and lambs brains are quite nice. I suspect neither are very kosher (especialy the pig brain part) though - not that I know, I’ve eaten termites and guinea pig, rock rabbit, elephant, warthog, crocodile and a variety of others. I’m not exactly a kosher person. I’d not recommend brains of any animal, regardless of religion. They taste OK, but being mostly made out of fat they tend to “dissolve” in the mouth in a way that is not very satisfying. I’d not eat trump’s brain, because even though I am an extremely adventurous foodie, I do not want to contract spongiform encephalopathy. ---

The so-called ‘cheap cuts’ aren’t so cheap anymore, either.
