When I saw this, I wondered if this might be a way to express displeasure from the maladministration about Hegseth’s showing as SecDef. Then I wondered if anyone else was wondering the same thing. So I went to Polymarket and found their bets that Pete Hegseth will be out of his post as of April 30, June 30 and December 31st. I’ve never used Polymarket before, so I may be wrong in what I’m seeing - but it certainly seems that both the June and December “Hegseth out” contracts had an uptick by several percentage points each today. I guess we can hope… ---

The general feeling seems to be that Pete “ **NOW I AM BECOME DEATH, DESTROYER OF WORLDS** ” Hegseth is on the way out for failing to deliver the instant, total, complete perfect victory that Trump’s ego demanded. Otherwise, Trump might have to actually take responsibility for something himself, and we CAN’T have that. ---

With all the wars going on, it does seem like a slow news day and perfect for a late Friday document dump. BBC showed an email from her to Epstein she signs ‘Love, Melania’. And where is trump? I suspect he’s visiting a hospital (again) and this is a distraction. And lastly, BBC is covering protests on O’Connell Street in Dublin over fuel costs. They rarely acknowledge the country south of Belfast. And the Irish Army is being called out to play National Guard.
