I would disagree with that etymology (is it from an AI?), “pechearla” IMHO comes from the act of being a “Pecho Frio”, a bottler. ---

Yep, but, as far as I know “pechear” by itself is not bottling, you can even say that someone “Le puso el pecho a las balas” “Put his chest in front of the bullets” for a courageous action. “Pechearla” only has the meaning of “bottling” because it refers to the state of being “Pecho Frio”. Then again I may be mistaken and indulging in my own version of Folk Etymology.
