Now that those appeals have played out, I’m not sure that there is anything further that’ll prevent Carroll from being paid. ---

Which other judgment? Are you referring to the second E. Jean Carroll case? ETA: Just checked. The other case is still under appellate review. I think he had to lodge the funds with the court to go forward with the appeal in that one, too. ---
