The circular logic over the ballroom, I mean military complex, is perfect. It’s a matter of national security that it be built immediately because having an open construction area at the White House is a national security issue. And the way Trump describes the thing, you’d think he’s expecting someone to bomb the shit out of D.C. Why does he think anyone would do that when the U.S. is so loved and respected in the world?

I don’t have the exact figure but I think the general answer is “not long.” (Some idiot pundit today was talking about the court decision, deriding the historic preservationists who had sued to stop the ballroom, for Not Suing BEFORE Trump knocked down the East Wing. _No one_ who knew ahead of time that he was going to knock it down (such as various architects or contractors) was inclined to want to stop him.)

As several outlets have noted, a very embarrassing video of Donald’s bald scalp (due to attacks by his enemy Wind) had circulated just a few days ago. A minute-and-a-half version of it is at

(See below for another source for this video.)
The speculation is that this impelled him to go Full Wig. Comparison shots:

This opens up the possibility of a new nickname for Donald:

It’s not a ballroom anymore, it’s a “Military Center”, because Trump has convinced himself that saying the words “national secirity” put him beyond the scope of judicial review.

> The White House told Cook in a letter this week that the president was “considering” removing her from her role and demanded she respond to unproven mortgage fraud allegations within three weeks — allegations her attorney called “baseless.”

_Unproven allegations_ is this mis/maladministration’s motto, modus operandi, and religion.
