I don’t know about renaming the whole ocean, but the [Great Pacific Garbage Patch](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Pacific_Garbage_Patch) could use a snappier name. I mean, it is already in the doldrums, why not name it the Trump Dump? A dull, polluted body that aimlessly circles around with no end in sight. ---

At this point I doubt it’s happening. Hegseth went off half-cocked with his usual “logistics and rules of engagement are for sissies, WARRRRRR is when you’re a fucking badass (oh shit I lost)” spell talking to Jack Pizzagate and probably blurted it out completely on his own without consulting anyone, and even Trump seems sour on the idea. ---
