I think if people really understood the stranglehold Trump and his regime have on the enforcement mechanisms traditionally used by federal judges, they wouldn’t be so quick to accuse those judges of being spineless. Between controlling those federal enforcers and having the Supreme Court in his pocket (or at least in the pocket of the Federalist Society), I think it takes a lot of guts for any federal judge to take Trump to task – even if only holding him in contempt or spelling out how what he’s doing is illegal. ---

Kirschner would make a great AG. We will have to agree to disagree on Merrick Garland, however. So few seem to acknowledge that he did his job. The cases were fully in the hands of the courts when his time as AG came to an end, and the delays were entirely down to the courts – not anything to do with the AG’s office. ---

Not sure about “flying” but you appear to have a surplus of “lying monkeys”. I’d not heard before of the “flying monkeys” term used in a psychological sense, ie, people who bend to a narcissist’s will - I am not sure if this counts in the Trump admin, because Trump’s agenda is in no way set by Trump.
