Along with @Monty, who I thanked yonks ago, I also want to add a big thanks to @Smapti for his regular Bluesky tweety things. You two keep me more up to date with the local American scene than you can imagine. I get the ‘highlights’ here in Australia (and they’re weird enough) but you guys get me up in the mornings to read the REAL stuff. Thank you, from an auld broad Downunder! ---

Another thank you to @Monty and @Smapti for their postings I always look forward to. The other thing I’m looking forward to is postings from Greenland, economists, etc., saying “He’s full of shit. Fuck the old man” in response to his blatherings. Hopefully that’s the next phase in foreign policies. ---

Thank you. As I’ve mentioned before, this is more a labor of loathing than anything else. The one thing connected to the convict in the Oval I’m looking forward to will forever be tarnished by two things. The first one is he will get to lie in state in the Capitol unless the people in charge when the time comes can manage to do the honorable thing and not honor the dishonorable. The second one is he is eligible to be buried in Arlington unless he commits one of a short list of crimes and is convicted. ---
