What’s bullshit is awarding it to Trump, first because it’s a blatantly political decision, and second because Trump is neither an Israeli citizen nor a long-term resident, and is thus _not fucking eligible_. I wonder if anyone will have the guts to petition against this, and whether the High Court of Justice will hear them. The Court is no fan of Netanyahu, to put it mildly, and it can throw a major monkey wrench in his plans if it really wants to. It certainly has grounds to revoke the award. ---
