This is peripherally, tangentially, i.e., _sorta_ related to the thread I started early in July:

I don’t think he’s going to actually finish (as in _all done, debris cleared away, open for business_) ANY of the things you listed:

But he will make enough of a half-assed _start_ on each one to leave behind pile of smoking, ugly, incomplete wreckage/paperwork/legal tangles that the country will spend decades never being quite able to put right.
