Court of Appeals strikes down the government’s appeal of the district judge’s order in the Garcia case. Reagan-appointed J. Harvie Wilkinson wrote for the unanimous opinion. > “It is difficult in some cases to get to the very heart of the matter. Bottom line: no court, up to and including the Supreme Court of the US, can make trump do anything. “Contempt of court” to him is just so much white _(excuse the expression)_ noise. He might throw an underling or two under the bus, but there will be no tire tracks on him. I fear it more likely he was cleaned up and clothed for a photo-op. I mean, if there ARE some people being sent to this prison who aren’t hyper-dangerous criminals then holding them in less harsh conditions may well save El Salvador money… if El Salvador is doing this strictly for profit.
