My counter argument would be to ask if such people are _not_ subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, are they therefore immune from arrest and prosecution? ---

I heard on KFI AM that Judge Hannah Dugan just got indicted for obstructing ICE in the courtroom. I’ve met some federal judges who are none to be dithered with and she seems similar in all respects. ---

They want to send a message. Assume she can and will file for a dismissal of the charges. Hoping very strongly that the case against her is tossed with extreme prejudice. ---

Because Trump is otherwise calling people from central and South America an invasion force and bad people who commit crimes here and ruining the US. But this lot is ok? If they are ok, why not others? Put another way, what makes this bunch acceptable versus others who want to come to the US? ---
