First off, you people are so sweet for what you said, and I’m sorry that someone has taken advantage of your kindness. Secondly, somebody did some serious homework on me and you’ve been had. I’ve been reading through both posts and would like to clarify. It’s first thing in the morning for me, and not the way I like to start a Monday, so if I put in any bad links, please tell me and I’ll try to find the correct one. First about Boo Boos Tigress’s thread. She didn’t just call me and hang up. We talked she told me what the boards said. About me not responding. I don’t post everyday. I post from work, I have said this many times here in the thread. Yesterday there was a Cardinals game on during work hours and I was listening to that while trying to correct the firewall problem. In short - _no one could have sent a post from my building yesterday from the hours of about 7:00am (before I got to work) until about 6:00pm (2 hours after I left work)_ because the firewall was blocking anything trying to leave the building. Odz Bodkin "My name is Mark and I’m a friend of Ron - who you all know as BratMan007. I work with Ron and his brother-in-law Jim. In fact we were both groomsmen when Jim married Ron’s sister so I’ve known him even since before he started working here. " I’ve said my name here a few times and you only have to click on my sig line to see my name right there over a pic of me with my modd jacket on. If you then go to the home page of where the mood jacket picture comes from and start looking around, you come up with the name of my brother0in0law, the name of my sister, the name of Jim’s brother (Dave), and the name of the other groomsman - Mark. Although Mark was actually the best man, Dave and I were the groomsmen. Interestingly enough, you also get the name Jimmy Bodkin there. Mark and Bodkin are both names on Jim’s home page. **bodkin says** - “at the hospital where his sister works as a nurse so he’s getting extra special treatment from her nurse friends. Remember Rachel - the nurse he tried to impress and ended up getting electrocuted? Btw, I also mention in this thread that I work with my brother-in-law. Also in the female Newbie Check-in thread I made reference to my sister being a nurse. BTW - 'two other bridesmaids" implies Rachel was a bridesmaid. The bridesmaids were Lynda, Linda, and Theresa, no Rachels as you can see [in this link](http://home.att.net/~jskellogg/lynda/linda15.htm). By the way, hell of a coincidence that I would be taken (unconsious I presume) exactly to the hospital my sister works and even doubly lucky to be on a floor where all her friends work! I have numerous Monty Python references, even allowing Monster104 (sorry if I got the # wrong) to grope a waitress in the Staight Dope town thing just because he made a Holy Grail reference. As you can see from [Edmonds isn’t a starter!](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=29855) and [the Baseball Thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=29680) I am a Cardinal fan. which he makes refernce to as my second thought. **Bodkin says** - “The Brat or Bigfoot are his official nicknames. Brat came from his sister because of his smart ass attitude and Bigfoot was his Air Force callsign because he’s 5’10” but wears a size 12 or 13 - depending on the cut of the shoe." All BS here. My ‘official’ nickname is Chip or Chipper which I’ve had since before I could walk. I was intelligence in the Air Force, not a pilot, and didn’t have a callsign. I wear a size 11 shoe. He did, amazingly, get my height right. Of course 5’10" pretty average, huh? To top it all off in an early thread of mine [annoying coworkers](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=26066) I say that the person who sits next to me is “Ervin, who isn’t all that bad, but he constantly looks over my shoulder to see what I’m doing on the computer.” Again, his name is Ervin, not Mark. As for a previous accident I was in I said “When I was in the AF with only 5 months to go till my discharge, I was in a car accident that hyperextended my right knee, broke my left leg, three ribs, my left arm, and I hit my head so hard I’m supposed to wear glasses now (although I usually don’t – I see well enough without them, my left eye is 20/20, the right eye is 20/70). Needless to say, I didn’t get much excercise for a while, being in a wheelchair, then crutches, then having to do physical therapy and using a cane. Notice also that I say the reason I wear glasses is my right eye is 20/70, and there is no mention of loss of peripheral vision, as Bodkin claims. It seems Odz Bodkin has done a bit of research on me. It took me approximately 50 minutes to find all this info on the boards after Tigress called me, and that’s while trying to do my job. The rest seems to be BS and I haven’t seen anything here that isn’t incorrect, outright lies, or can’t be gotten off the boards or the home page. Please post here or email me with any questions. I am fine and I’m sorry that someone has decided to take advantage of everyone’s good nature here. And Bodkin, if I ever find out who you are IRL . . . I swear to God, if this were only the Pit! Tigress called me three times this morning. She is extremely upset and I had to calm her down from the point of crying twice. I think I can safely say you are the biggest prick I’ve ever encountered. ---

I don’t know exactly why me Satan. I’ve had trouble with trolls before. Last time they flooded my email by using mine address as their own and having email notification selected in their profile. I don’t know if there’s any connection between this and Tigress, unless she really upset someone with what she said and this is their way of getting even. Whatever the reasons, the thread was very painful for me (because of the previous accident) and my GF who had no idea what was going on. ---

The matter is under investigation . . . I have found matching IP numbers for both “BratMan” and “OdzBodkin.” This is by no means absolute proof, but it is disquieting. It goes without saying that I am removing posting privileges from all parties concerned. I have also removed posting privileges from “BooBoo,” her little rant this morning was very effective in convincing me she has no business posting here. Although I’ve been registered for quite some time, I haven’t frequented the board much until recently, and the first thing that caught my eye was The BratMan Saga (OK, I lied; it was the Indecent Proposal Saga, but that’s been beaten to death). Anyway, because I’m technically rather “new” here, I read a lot of profiles – as well as threads that refer to newbies. If a personal homepage link is included in somebody’s profile, I usually take a peek. (I’m trying to acquaint myself with the Teeming Millions, which – by the way – is no small task.) That said, as I was wandering around MPSIMS, I stumbled across a topic entitled, “Newbie,” in which Randy Roshelle asked for help with the message board. In another one of her posts, she requested help creating a website. In yet another topic – entitled, “So Sad” – she writes: “Yesturday a great and only friend of mine passed away. Only 25 years old. I’ve known her since I was three. We have been through everything together. I don’t know what she died from yet. I do know she died in her sleep. I know she went to heaven. And I hope she went easy. Her name was Chris. She loved everything. And always saw the good in everything. May she rest in peace. (tears of joy for a new life in peace).” I was touched by the “So Sad” post, yet at the same time, I found it a bit strange. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but the writing style (the misspellings, choppy sentences, sentence fragments), word choice, even the author’s state of mind seemed so terribly familiar! I then read Randy Roshelle’s profile, which included a link to her homepage at [http://homestead.com/chick1977/randyroshelle.html](http://homestead.com/chick1977/randyroshelle.html). (Stay with me here.) Now, I’m not sure of the chronology, but as I wandered around MPSIMS, catching up on The Bratman Saga and such, I also read Boo Boo’s Tigress’ profile, and – you guessed it – it includes a personal website. Hers can be found here: [http://homestead.com/little\_lynx/homepage.html](http://homestead.com/little_lynx/homepage.html). (You did notice that they’re both hosted by [homestead.com](http://homestead.com), right?) Take a look at the two homepages. Heck, I’ll save you the trouble – they obviously were created by the same person. They’re set up the same, the graphics are indentical, and the writing styles are the same. Granted, I don’t know anything about [homestead.com](http://homestead.com). For all I know, they might make graphics and templates available to their users, thus making it appear as if both websites were created by the same person, but… well… The Bratman Saga is just so strange, and this would be too coincidental, right? I’m not a private investigator. I could be wrong. Maybe Randy Roshelle and Boo Boo’s Tigress aren’t the same person. Heck, if they are, I don’t even know what it means or if it’s relevant. This is giving me a headache. Anyway, I thought I’d mention what I found. (Oh gosh, I just had a thought: What if this double identity is common knowledge? Well, I’m going to post this anyway; I didn’t type it all up for nothing.) ---

So, OdzBodkin broke into Bratman’s house and used his computer. What’s so hard to believe about that? I’m sure he had… ummmmmm… I’m sure there’s **some** reason why he would do that… My opinion? I think the Booboo chick exists. I think Bratman knew she was starting to make him look bad, so he set up this whole fiasco to get back in our good graces. I don’t begrudge him for doing it. I begrudge him for doing it so **badly**. I mean, really Bratman, make better use of your imagination! All you would’ve had to do was go to an internet cafe and use on of their computers! Didn’t you **know** you’d get caught if you used the same IP address for both? ---

Let me get this straight first. Randy Rochelle is Boo Boo Tigress, right? I thought something was up with randy’s home page. Maybe Boo Boo tigress was just getting fed up with her image here and thought she would start a new one. I’ve seen several places where Bratman asks her to stop posting, but to no avail she seems to pop up everywhere. The only thing i don’t get is Randy Rochelle was looking for a man. Better watch out Bratman if Boo boo tigress really is your GF and really is randy. ---

A couple of weeks ago Bratman had mentioned in passing that he had designed a web page for Tigress. I have the habit of checking out new peoples pages because it helps me to get a handle on them, so I went to her page and it was similar in style and tone to his own page. The prose on the page was similar in tone to her original posting style. It was a little sweet. When I went back to her page it had changed totally, becoming the ugly, hate filled rant that is there now. The change was drastic enough to make me wonder if there is something more going on here…A revenge of the pissed off boyfriend, mabe? I’m just throwing this out 'cause I am as confused as anyone here. It makes ya wonder doesn’t it? Keith ---
