The pig won numerous ribbons, it was a beautiful animal, much bigger than the boy who raised it from birth. Pictures showed him sleeping with the pig after a long day at the fair. It was obvious that he _loves_ the pig. In the last few pictures the boy looks crestfallen. The fair over, it’s time for the pig to go to slaughter. ---
