Driving Husband wants advice on glasses selection. I’m meeting him in an hour. I hope to bring a Patented Kitchen Cleaning Device (Quasi-Daughter) back with me. As I bake, she can clean. It’s a perfect arrangement! I think Attacks Husband is coming over tonight as well. We’ll be having chocolate gingerbread and cinnamon buns and brioche lemon curd sandwiches (I made lemon curd. I would always rather make messes than clean them up) and grilled pepper and zuchinni salad. And something else, if I think of it. I think there’s some leftover potato cauliflower curry. In the meantime I’m waiting for bread dough to rise. ---

**BWAAAHAAAHAAAHAAAHAAA Bobbio!** The classics just never get old do they. Potato cauliflower curry? That just seems soooooo wrong. I think it’s the cauliflower, nature’s anemic vegetable, that makes me think that. I’d go clean **Lissla’s** kitchen for some of the rest of the stuff she made though. ---

Well, I’m home, but I’ve got to run down to the boat - _again_ - because I forgot to put the registration stickers on yesterday and they shoulda gone on back in December when the old ones expired. grrrrrr So I was here but now I’m going and I’ll be back later. Till then, welcome, **skinny** and **penny**! I’ve noticed no one has instructed you to send me the obligatory love offerings of fine chocolates. I’m crushed. I feel so unloved. I have a job interview on Thursday! I’m dreadfully excited and I have to iron some pants. Quick, somebody come look at my clothes and tell me what to wear. The Suit would be easy, but I asked the lady and she said it wasn’t necessary. So I’ll be darned if I’m wearing that thing when I don’t have to. It’s really warm. ---

It’s with the same big company that **Roland** works for. It’s day shift, so the commute shouldn’t be an issue, as the bus should get me there and back all right. (Hmm, better check the map before I jump to any conclusions.) People will call and gripe at me about their loans. ---

Woohoo, interview! I always find it best to dress up at least a _little_ for the interview. If they tell you the dress is business casual, I’d wear a suit for the interview. If they say it’s just plain casual, I’d go business cas. I can’t remember who told me to do that. But it doesn’t matter, because you’re not me. 🙂 And if the suit’s too warm, the hell with it. … Says the woman who can wear her jammies to work if she just makes sure there’s no spots on 'em. I went out to Bed Bath & Beyond at lunchtime to pick up a shower gift for tomorrow–same bachelorette, of course, and my office throws a kickass shower, if I do say so myself. Good cake. Anyhow, I bought _one single bath sheet_ for _FORTY DOLLARS_. (Of course, I’m putting it together with someone else’s gift so we don’t look all cheap and stuff, but _forty dollars_ for a freakin’ _towel!!!_ Of course, it’s a _really nice towel._. Wrapped around me twice and covered me from armpit to mid-shin. And it felt like terrycloth heaven. If I had forty bucks to blow per towel, these are the towels I’d have. ---

Our favourite Indian buffet always has a potato cauliflour eggplant curry thing. It’s great. I’m actually thinking about putting out a table runner and doing little dishes of things. I must be sick. This is for the three people who drop in unannounced the most often. And they rifle through the fridge. Well, Quasi-Daughter does. Wear a nice blouse and something on the bottom. That’s all I got.
