If I recall, it was from the military’s housing allowance benefits. The funds were earmarked to improve their housing situations. ---

Pretty much, @Beckdarek. I think he’s got a general idea of where the script is going, but he seems to be winging it, for the most part. His handlers behind the scenes must be saying to themselves, “Jeez, just stick to the script, willya!” Back to Maduro. Guarded by Russian and Chinese military. An American got hit by gunfire in that action! ---
