Hilary was also the first actress to play a woman with a gender identity crisis who later got raped and murdered. Jodie Foster was the first actress to portary an FBI agent in training who goes to a canabilistic serial killer for assistance in catching another serial killer. I could go on, but you get the idea. Sean Penn didn’t like what Chris Rock said about Jude Law? That’s the only way his name was _ever_ going to get mentioned this year. Certainly not for “Alfie”. 😃 ---

I thought Sean Penn was going somewhere else when he started talking about Jude Law. Like “For every fine actor, there’s a brainless comedian who’ll make fun of them.” Cuz what he actually said didn’t make much sense. Annette Benning could un-punk her hair for special occasions. ---

I’m relieved Charlie Kaufman won. He’s absolutely brilliant, ESotSM was my favorite film of the year, and I thought it was the best relationship movie I’ve ever seen. Charlize Theron looks good in that ice-blue color. Congrats to Jamie Foxx for the Best Actor win. ---

I wanted Jaime Foxx to win for Collateral and not Ray because I’m sick of the Ray/Jaime thing. Ray is dead and Jaime isn’t Ray. ---

Jamie Fox was hardly a Supporting Actor in _Collateral_, so I am actually kind of glad he didn’t win for that, because it wouldn’t seem fair. ---
