As long as they have the theme song from the original cartoon: _Spiderman, Spiderman Does whatever a spider can. Is he strong? Listen, bud, He’s got radioactive blood…"_ They just don’t write lyrics like that anymore. And probably for good reason… ---

I’d say Gene Hackman would make a marvelous Kingpin. ---

I agree that Hackman would make a good Kingpin, but he probably wouldn’t take the role because it’s too similar to his Lex Luthor role in Superman. Wait a minute, Hackman refusing a role? What the hell am I talking about? The guy’s practically showing up in my home movies, for Christ’s sake. ---

Who else could they get for kingpin but Marlon Brando? He already played the part in “Apocalypse Now” fer chrissake… Seriously, what about a shave-headed John Goodman? He has the right kind of fleshy face… ---
