Lol. I was tan but I wasn’t blackened. My point is in some environments these so-called slurs are no different than bro.

That there are risks in renting a room at the local School For The Blind? That using shoe polish as a sunblock has it’s drawbacks?

Were you called nigger or [nigga](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nigga)? From my understanding, they mean different things in different dialects of English.
