The one that makes me want to punch puppies is “soz” for “sorry.” So far I’ve only heard it from people in WoW…not sure if it’s an Aussie-ism or a generational thing or what, but every time I say something to somebody and they say “Soz,” I want to smack them. ---

I recently heard “sunnies” as Australian slang for sunglasses. I didn’t care for it, but it was no vay-cay. Or stay-cay. Or gay-cay, not to be confused with va-jay-jay-cay. ---

Put me down for hating “hundy” to mean hundred when referring to cash. Just use the proper second syllable - you dumb-asses didn’t even shorten the word. ---
