> Speaking of the van scene, I thought it was exceptionally dumb to stop to search a precariously perched van on a highway with limited exit options when you already see groups of zombies approaching. Take out the zombie threat first, then you can carefully search at your leisure.

What’s stupid is how you can look one way across the bridge and see slow moving zombies and figure you have time, then look the other way and there are no zombies. Five seconds later there are 200 zombies out of nowhere coming from all sides. If you could rig up some sort of bait hanging off the bridge, you could easily take out several hundred thousand zombies at the rate they spawn.

What does it mean, “spawn”?

In video games enemies will spawn, or basically appear out of nowhere, in as many numbers as the game wants. Kill one, another one appears in its place.

This^

What did they think would be in a van that was left balancing on the edge of a bridge?
I’m really good at suspension of disbelief but…
I’m trying to be positive but…

It was stupid for both of them to go in, but Darryl thought he might find clues as to where Beth was being held.

Thanks, Levdragon.

Carol and Darryl walk away from the van after it falls from the bridge. Only one of themis carrying a backpack. Next scene…both have backpacks again. Sigh.

She surely toted things for him in this episode.
