Seems to me that would have been a lot easier, safer and they could have done it as many times as they wanted, tried different things (throwing, flipping, rolling him down the hood etc) instead of “okay, one more time, guys, then I’m done for the day”. They wouldn’t even have to have medics standing by waiting for him to miss the port-a-pit. I mean, they used a dummy for Carl getting shot in the eye just to make it easier for Rick to carry him and Denise to do surgery, why not here? ---

Let’s see, These two idiots lose the truck. . .twice, find jesus and leave a perfectly good car behind, but they did get to jog about a hundred miles. Meanwhile, the rest of the dummies are walking around the woods looking for the one brain they all share. What a pack of morons ! ---

I saw parts of a disconnected wall-- does that mean the wall has not been repaired yet, or was that something else? I’m thinking not enough time has passed for them to have repaired the wall, in which case WHY AREN’T THEY SOOPER DOOPER WATCHFUL ABOUT THE WHOLE TOWN??? ---

They had built a shiny new bigger wall around the town further out. What you saw was the rusty old wall being taken down, safely inside the perimeter. ---

Rick and Daryl were amazingly stupid this episode. Rick’s insistence on adopting new people is getting ridiculous. With a baby and the stability of his community to protect, he needs to be much more discriminating in who he introduces. This was more headshaking than Morgan keeping the Wolf alive inside Alexandria. Rick and Daryl’s insistence on chasing after Jesus and risking (and ultimately sacrificing) the food in the truck just asking for trouble. “But he saved your life!” He also stole your keys and tricked you and jacked the truck, ffs. Poor Tara doesn’t get her sodas! Even Jesus got a soda! Thank god for the B plot of Carl/Michonne/Spencer and Deanna. Flawed, but at least it didn’t have me yelling at the TV. I’m okay with the Rick-Michonne hookup, I just wish it wasn’t so out of nowhere. There was a time jump between last week’s episode and this one, so I guess we’re supposed to understand that things took off in the interim. But that feels like a really lazy, crappy way for a relationship between main characters to start. ---

Otherwise it would be super creepy to start making out right after they both watched Rick’s (now ex) girlfriend get eaten alive right in front of them. ---

Dianna didn’t really look any different undead than alive, IMO. Possibly a little better, even. That was a real WTF moment when the guy was suddenly on the roof of the truck. Doesn’t say much for Rick’s knot-tying abilities or the show’s editing, either one. ---
