No apologies. If the governor had warned me not to go to Terminus and I did and survived, then I’d consider apologizing. We already live in a world where it’s perfectly legal to shoot and kill people as long as the law is on your side. Shooting and killing people in Woodbury isn’t _that_ outside the bounds of civilization. Terminus has no precedent for being acceptable anywhere. ---

The Governor was clearly worse. He would go out to find everyone in the area in order to kill them and take all their stuff. Hell, he’ll roll a friggin’ TANK up to your door and start the killin’. By contrast, Terminus appears to keep largely to itself, no danger to anyone who doesn’t actually go there. ---
