> But I’m still expecting a handful of videos that cut back and forth between various talking heads saying one thing on TV and admitting they didn’t believe it while under oath.

I’m hoping that they have to make some kind of statement during their primetime shows.
And not one where they get to deflect and say whatabout hunter Biden or whatever.
But one where they just say, we lied and we’re sorry.

If I were in dominion’s place, that’s the kind of thing I’d be pushing for, _as well as_ a payoff. Maybe this lack of focus on the money is why I’m not a billionaire though.

…of course in practice all this would just mean that many MAGAts would say that FOX was now part of the fake media and only newsmax etc are real now.
But it would be a start.

Yeah, it was a competitive district, historically alternating, and had been Dem for 10 years after its post-2010 redistrict incarnation but the incumbent left to attempt a governor run thus having the seat become an open one after the new redistrict. It should have been a “put up a serious fight” race.

A later follow-up column makes it seem like the Democratic campaign _ **had** _ obtained information about some of these problems, but _failed to put 2+2 together and use it_ – apparently the raw information was gathered but then while other issues were straightened out it just sat there uncurated.

I would not hold your breath. Alex Jones made a similar statement in court that everything he says is bullshit and it has [not affected his viewership at all](https://today.yougov.com/topics/entertainment/explore/radio_program/The_Alex_Jones_Show) that I can see. If anything he is a bit more popular.
