OMG… could this channel be any whiter in the Caucasian sense? Could they contradict themselves any more than they already have? Give advice as you are ignoring it: Genius! (Good for ratings – I know). Could they even pretend to be glad that storms weaken? I mean, I know they want the biggest Cat 5, but even if they could just _pretend_ that they are happy my beach town won’t be wiped out, I’d settle for that. How about that storm track? Yeah, act like you are relieved (somewhat) – again, just _act_ happy – that it is moving off the coast a little (ya know, like all the coastal 'canes ever tracked). I’ve got porn on my PC, but The White Channel (TWC) fantasizes about a Cat 5 taking out the entire NE Corridor. The tone of their last few hour is almost like they are responding to angry people who’ve had it with them (and I’ve monitored their behavior carefully out of boredom. They are taking in emails from people who are annoyed with them, and their programming and attitude is starting to reflect that they are getting a little irate in response. And they have been saying, “This could still…” over 20 times per hour recently, a sign they feel the storm isn’t going to get them to blow a load any time soon. 🙂 Just some insight from coastal NE USA. 🙂 ---

I’m going to assume that the OP is drunk. As hard as I tried, I cannot for the life of me figure out what this “white” deal is. Bringing the issue of race into things that it has _nothing_ to do with is a slimy, obnoxious thing to do, no matter what race you’re talking about or what race you are. **Philster,** WTF? ---

Some of the most high profile broadcasters on TWC are black - Al Roker, Paul Goodloe, Vivian Brown. There are several more black on-camera faces as well. ---

I am more peeved because we had a prediction as of 2 weeks ago of a rainy weekend, and today it had a light drizzle with no wind and everybody is claiming it is the beginning of the damned hurricane. People have short memories … all it is _today_ is the original drizzle that was previously predicted. The _TROPICAL STORM_ is not expected to hit CT until well after midnight. ---

Some of you need to lighten up; others get it. Come on… where are the people of color on TWC?! Are they resting until NYC gets the fury? I’m serious! Dried up raisin Al Roker, won’t you come out and reassure me that even black people are in danger? Are you holed up somewhere near NYC? Couple o’ babes on TWC today. Kinda takes the sting off of that wind gust that just nailed me when I ran outside to tend to the boat cover. . ---

IMO the WC went downhill fast after they gave all the prime time to that Stefanie Abrams and her windtunnel of a mouth. Remember when Jen Carfagno had that cute little freckle on the very tip of her nose? Guess they made her get rid of it, but she gets more airtime now. ---
