I’m home. Have been for a bit. Happy to be here. I had to tell my mother do not talk to me about religion, do not talk to me about politics. We don’t agree and we will never agree so just stop. It’s been cloudy all day, both here and in the arm pit but at least it’s warmer. My backyard is still mostly ice. I was going to help carry things into the house but I was afraid to walk on the ice. Doesn’t seem to bother Sah-son. We bought enough groceries to last us a few weeks, since both of us hate to shop. I was afraid we wouldn’t fit everything i the freezer but we managed, just barely. Tomorrow I’m going to make up a pot of spaghetti and and some breakfast casserole. ---

Today’s high was officially \ 69! \ Amurrkin. Tomorrow it will be 71 but with rain. After that we’ll deal with highs in the 60s and 50s even over the next several days. By my reckonin’ we’re about two weeks away from the beginnin’ of the annual pine tree orgy which is always ICK! ---

**swampy** I laughed too much at the 69 comment. 😃 Comedian Greg Proops once called it the funniest number. My theatre group is going to be very busy over the next two weeks, with rehearsals and performances. HMS Pinafore! I’m playing clarinet in the orchestra. ---

I do believe **Midget** wants to start us off tomorrow. Shall we vote? All in favor of **Midget** startin’ us off tomorrow say “AYE.” **AYE!!!** All those opposed [del]sit down and shaddup[/del] say “NAY.” **::crickets::** The “AYES” have it. **Midget** shall be our hostess with the mostess [del]with homemade donuts[/del] with tales of ummm sump’n or other. Dinner was a bone-in pork chop, with some onions. It was an early meal by my standards, so I soft boiled two eggs just now (perfectly … ) and and am thawing a single crab cake. I go high-protein once I’ve hit the grocery store! Made a half-batch of chocolate chip cookies for myself, except with mini M & Ms instead of chips. Yum. Went to the grocery store this morning, but managed to forget my list. Oh no! Thought I did really well anyway, and came home all smug, ready to compare my victorious memory against Le List, but alas it is nowhere to be found. Lost, not merely forgotten. The terror of knowing I’ve forgotten that I ran out of something haunts me. ☹ ---
