And the venue of the joke does matter. The SDMB is full of “jokes” that make no sense out of context; you might think it hilarious I if snuck a “Once, For Twenty Minutes, in 1960” joke into an article I was writing, but the rest of the readers would be thinking “WTF??? 😕” ---

I don’t see how anyone can read what **Una** originally said in post #83 and come away with this conclusion. The question (to me) seemed to be whether or not this was some kind of established meme (on FB or some other place) or an effort to be funny to flood the search engines or just plain old stupidity. I don’t think that **Una** didn’t get it was a “joke”\* only that she didn’t understand the intent (as in more than just being funny) or origin. For the record, I like **Shot From Guns** quite a bit. She’s one of my favorite posters here, but I thought her every reaction to **Una** here has been over-the-top and really disproportionate to all of **Una’s** comments in this thread. \*I put joke in quotes because if that’s the kind of shit that passes for funny I’m starting to understand how there are people out there who laugh at people Jeff Dunham and Gallagher. ---
