One last little thing that went wrong. My vows had a line, “I will comfort you in your defeats,” but I stumbled over it, and accidentally vowed to “comfort you in your feets.” So now I’m on the hook for foot rubs on demand for the rest of my life. ---

I wanted to add my congratulations to the others, and had to snicker at the fumble. However, as my MiL said to my wife when the cake provider screwed up our order (we didn’t want a big wedding cake, but one smaller slicer for us and a dozen for everyone else, and they screwed up ours of course), “If that’s the worst that happens, then be glad it was little and on something minor.” So many happy years and returns Miller! And, I strongly suspect that being married meant you were on the hook for foot rubs on demand for life _anyway_ - at least I am for neck/shoulder rubs after a long day of my wife trying to curve fit her ferro magnetic resonance data. ---

I gave you credit for that one already back in '21 though! Complete with my favorite wedding excuses. Not that you didn’t do the right thing then of course. But honestly, glad it worked out and may everyone who participated, friends family and others NOT get COVID even if ‘the pandemic is over’ (yes, I know Biden pointed out immediately after that we’ll be dealing with it for a long time to come yet, but 🙄 ). Yes, we all need to live our lives, and things are bet-TER (my wife’s way of putting it), but still hoping only for happy memories for Miller and no hiccups down the road for anyone. ---

Well, up to you, but I’d leave the appropriate Yelp/etc online review of their services. Sure, they can complain about the COVID cancellation (but freaking everyone last year had COVID issues), but getting the schedule wrong was nearly unforgivable, and less than 24 hours notice WAS. ---
