“Well, I really understood what I was getting into - I didn’t know that I’d be virtually the sole focus,” Trump said. "I guess when you’re leading in the polls that sort of thing tends to happen. - from that article What an ass. He wasn’t the ‘sole focus’, but maybe his ego prevents him from hearing anything else over the sound of how awesome he thinks he is. I would LOVE to hear some foreign political heavy weights weigh in on the stupidity of having this clown even think about running for office. ---

Honestly, why is he surprised? He’s spent the past month calling the president’s very right to hold office into question, harping on some bullshit issue and just acting like an all-around ass. And then he shows up at the one event where the president is allowed to act like a stand-up comedian and call out his “hecklers,” if you will. Of course he was going to be a huge focus of attention. ---

The Trump and birther stuff will get the most attention, but the bit that made me laugh most was during the fake movie trailer when Joe Biden appeared on screen, while Ol’ Dirty Bastard was crooning “oh baby I like it raw” in the background. ---

Sarah Palin was there and she didn’t even get mentioned by either Obama or Myers. She must really be feeling left out. I expect something really nasty to come out via teitter this week. She can’t stand being out of the spotlight. ---
