Good morning and Happy Wednesday!! The rain is done and we’re threatened with a peek of summer today. Guess I’ll be turning the air on this afternoon. rah. 😛 Yesterday I decided today was crockpot pot roast day, so I’ll spend alllllllllll day cooking dinner. 😃 Other than that, no plans. \*\*LiLi \*\*- I would have thought you’d have figured this out by now, but kids are insane. They do, eat, drink, ask, and say the weirdest things, and there’s nothing you can do about it. You should be rejoicing that TomKitten is perfectly normal. Never trust a polite, well-behaved child - that’s my motto!! 😃 Much has been accomplished. I’m showered, dressed, fed, and caffeinating. Laundry is downstairs, sorted, and a load of jeans is washing. Chuck roast is in the crock pot with liquids and seasonings - veggies will follow later. Cat box is clean. Fishies have had their morning snack. I still need to load the dishwasher, and I should probably run the vacuum some time today. Overall, tho, I’ve accomplished a nice bit so far today. Go me! 😃 ---

All the veggies are in the crock pot with the yummy smelling hunk of cow. Supper will be gooooooood today! And when I finished, I tidied the kitchen, loaded the dishwasher, and even hand-washed 2 large pots that don’t fit in the dishwasher. Go me!! I ran the vacuum thru the ickiest areas and now I’m going to assume the knit position and kill time till supper. All in all, a pretty good day! ---

Howdy Y’all! Home from irk. Actually been home for a bit. I was nonstop all day not even stoppin’ for **N.O.L.** so, since I was out and about I made the executive decision to head to da cave rather than back to irk. Chikin ‘n dumplin’s for dindin. The chikin is slowly heatin’ up in the broth. Soon I shall add dumplin’s. I am usin’ a combo of flour tortillas and homemade dumplin’s. I have discovered I like that combo and so does OYKW. Laterz! ---

Just called a guy about an apartment. I’m calling him back tomorrow to set up a time to see it since I’m all the way twenty minutes away right now and conserving gas is something I’d like to do with my car. I’m not sure how the issues I was having with the previous landlord will affect this. If it doesn’t work out, I have a backup plan. I’m doing this because CFI gave me my money back today. 😃 Yay relief! ---

**Spaz** shall we cross appropriate/inappropriate appendages re the apartment? Home from Evening Prayer over to the church house. Tomorrow is [The Feast of The Ascension](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feast_of_the_Ascension) so we celebrated tonight with an “Ascension Eve” service. 'Twas nice. Also, chikin ‘n dumplin’s and green beans for dindin was good. OYKW is overjoyed with the fact that he has chikin’ 'n dumplin’s for **N .O.L.** tomorrow. It takes so little to please sometimes. 😃 On that note, I think I shall lie upon the bed and watch me some teevee for a bit. I’s tahrd! Nitey Nite Y’all! ---

Is it correct usage to use “blurf” at the end of your day or just first words in the mornin’? Last night, the big 'lectricity in the sky stole the 'lectricity from the light bulbs. Luckily the dryer had finished but it’s kinda hard to do something appropriate (hang, fold) with clean clothes in the dark & I didn’t want to leave them in a blob to wrinkle all night. So my night ended with a really big blurf! ---

Had a stressful morning, keyword morning (I don’t DO mornings, I go to bed when it’s getting light out!), doing relief work at our tiny, ailing, clinic - a spendy trip to Whole Paycheck and to Target mkes a girl feel a little happier. Mostly staples, but certainly a few treats too! Now to feed the cats and get back to my normal non-stressed schedule. New clinic manager starts next week, should be back to profitable in a short time. Big relief for me. ---

The server hamsters at work are going amazingly slow. My theory is that someone tried to coke 'em up but used mashed-up sleeping pills instead. What’s wrong with mixing oatmeal and OJ? My niece likes any non-chocolatey cereals better with OJ than with milk. At first SiL was horrified, but as her mom put it, “well, she’s eating the same things you wanted to feed her, just from different containers: the milk in the glass, the OJ in the bowl of cereal. It all gets mixed up anyway!” ---

Thus beginneth my day, and I have no plans yet. Well, not a lot of plans… I’m using the leftover rotisserie chickie to make chickie and dumplins for supper, and no, I’m not copying **swampy**. It’s just a coincidence. So stop thinking that. 😛 I may spend a little time weeding, plus I have a few plants that need to get into the ground. I see a day of playing in the dirt. And I’m out of Diet Coke, so I may run to WaWa for a breakfast sammich and a fountain soda, just because I can. So I guess I do have plans for the day. Just gotta shower and dress in order to execute them. Ain’t gonna go to WaWa in my robe and slippers… Happy Thursday!! ---

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffienatin’. _YAWN_ 'Tis 63 Amurrkin out with a predicted high of 87 and tstorms this afternoon. We had a big one last night. I know ‘cause I woke up around oneish to pee and just as I was driftin’ off to sleepyland I heard a big **ka\*boom!** and hard rain. Plus it’s really wet out right now. **MOOOOOOM** goin’ to a convenience store in robe ‘n slippers at this time of mornin’ might make you one of the best dressed people there. Also, it’s pot roast tonight at da cave, which, AIR, you did earlier this week. So it’s not copyin’ it’s GMTA. 😃 OJ on cereal sounds ick to me but, like **Nava** said, it all gets mixed up in the same place so if’n it works it works I reckon. **LiLi** they’re boys. You will never think like a boy. You cannot possibly imagine the kinds of things boys think are perfectly normal. Ask my mom.
