Rudy. I heard it from a guy who knows a guy who heard about this outdoorsmen type writer who snuck on the island to see if it was really all that tough, or if the “Survivors” were ordering pizza. He blabbed a bit before CBS shut him up, which is how the news has gotten back to me. Honestly, I’d heard this about a month ago, but dismissed it when I saw the Gervase X’s thing which seemed a lot more credible. Anyway, it’s Rudy. ---

Wrong, wrong, wrong. There’s this woman, right? She works in my building, ok? She used to date Greg’s bother in law, see? I’ve asked her every day for a month who wins and so far, she’s been all closed mouth and stuff, dig? So yesterday I followed her into the bathroom and I said ‘dude, come on you can tell me, is it Kelly?’ She says ‘I don’t know’ So I’m all ‘dude, is it Sue?’ She says ‘I don’t _know’_ So I’m like, ‘ok then, it’s Rudy?’ and she says’ I DON’T KNOW’ So then I go 'So, I’ts Rich, right" - and she says \*… LOOK JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP, O.K.? So okay why’s her answer different from all the other times,huh? Cause she’s LYING. So that means Rich won the thing. You’ll see ---

Rich? No way. No jury would give him the million. Everybody hates him. My story is true. There really is a guy who snuck on the island. I heard this like a month ago, and didn’t beleive it, but the predictions have all come true. I got $ says it Rudy. Bank on it. ---

It’s Rich. My boss said she heard a Canadian TV news show say (At the beginning of the summer) that “the winner” of the show “Survivor” and his legal troubles. Must be Rich. The show changed the announcement quickly but it was already out. I personally hate him, and am ticked he’ll win. ---

Good morning America sent a guy to the island _after_ it was all over and he came back and said it looks like Rudy won. Personally, everything in the world is pointing for Rudy to win (that’s who I’d like to see win myself), therefore it’s all a ruse by CBS and he no longer stands a chance. I predict Kelly since she seems like the least likely of the three that have a chance (no way in hell Rich wins). ---

Linx, “Used to date Greg’s brother in law?” You mean Greg’s sister is married? AAAARRRRRGGGHH! For weeks I have dreamed of her purring “ooka looka pooka chicka cluck click tick” in my ear. Now my hopes are dashed! Oh well, I will just have to try to carry on, following the instructions she gave me before I knew she had been untrue…ask myself “What would Billy Joel do?” Billie Joel would get himself a supermodel to dream about and marry instead of Greg’s sister. So that’s what I’ll do, I guess. ---

For what it’s worth, most people on [survivorsucks.com](http://survivorsucks.com) have been leaning toward Rudy as the final winner since almost the beginning of the show. I have to concur. There isn’t much evidence for anyone to win the whole thing, but what little there is mostly points to Rudy. For example: in a publicity photo, Rudy is wearing a Reebok shirt. Reebok has stated that they will have a $1 million contract with the winner. Several ousted contestants have slipped up and said “him” when referring to the winner. Does this mean anything? Probably not, but I’m still picking Rudy. And in any case, a monkey throwing at a dart board has a 25% chance of guessing the winner at this point. We’ll know the truth in a few hours. ---

I refuse to beleive that old coot could win a show like SURVIVOR, he is a racist homophobe who thinks women should be barefoot, pregnant, and _quiet_!! We know that Rich is hated NOW, but the folks in the jury have NOT seen the show, they might not think he is so bad (Rich), they might find Rudy or Sue to be the most abrasive. They already think Kelly is 2 faced and conniving. It CANT be Rudy - I already have a $5 bet with my boss, he bet Rude-ee, I voted for Rich. And no matter how nasty he comes off on tv, he was the only one doing a frigging thing on that island. I am a bit excited about the show. ---

My vote goes to Kelly, but I won’t explain why cause that will reveal that I’ve put WAY too much thought into this. In short, tho, my reasoning depends on Rich screwing Rudy over first thing tonite. If Dique fails, Rudy looks strong. I have to hand it to Rudy for what I considered the absolute best moments of the series, when he couldn’t remember a single answer in that immunity challenge. “What happens when they blow the conch? I dunno.” I’m laughing as I type this. Gazoo, knock yourself out. ---

Kellibelli: All you say concerning Rudy is true. Let’s look at the other side though. The guy is 72 years old ex-military. He is a product of the culture of the 40’s and the 50’s and his attitudes could hardly be expected to be different. In his favor though, he does demonstrate flexibility. He admitted to never knowing anybody who was openly gay before, and that Rich is the closest thing he had to a friend on the island. He even went so fas as to rub suntan oil into Rich’s back. ::shudder:: He’s a patriot who served his country. He’s honest, and straightforward. The only time I’ve seen him deprecating women is when the tribes merged and Kelly got all flighty and started hanging out with Pagong, so I’m not sure where you come off with this “barefoot and pregnant” attitude. I think you are selling him short here. Again, considering his upbringing, I think his attitudes are pretty progressive. All I can say is that I hope I’m as progressive, and flexible And in as good shape as Rudy when I’m 72. Gay has nothing to do with it. Rich is a two-faced, egotistical, conniving, walking around with his ass hanging out rat bastard. How could you like this guy? Rudy Rules!!! He will be victorious. ---
