Kim Philby deserves a high spot on the list, but it appears that we are limited to the living, and Philby died a while back.
Portillo’s an opportunitist first-class, but I’d rather denounce John Redwood (thanks for destroying the Tories, John), Tony Benn (thanks for trying to destroy Labor, Tony), and whoever it is that runs the BNP.

Well she managed to piss off the studio audience, the chefs and even Ainsley bloody Harriet when she appeared on Ready Steady Cook a week or so ago.
I was unfortunate enough to watch it; Imagine being squirted in the face with ammonia then having your eyes washed out with vinegar and a brillo pad - she was more irritating than that.

Over the years, I’ve developed a bit of a soft spot for 'oul Ian. Nonetheless, it would be extremely funny if he topped the poll and was disqualified for not being British.
