My mom does, too, and she keeps several on display year-round. They’s a wide variety of styles, and I sincerely hope she doesn’t will any of them to me. Same way that I hoped my grandmother didn’t will any of her Hummels to me (she didn’t - _whew!_)
Good morning! TGIF and all that. I’m kinda hoping \*\*FCD \*\*wants to make it a short day, but he’s up to his ears in a thermal problem (no, not hot flashes - he’s trying to solve a heat issue on a device this company is designing) and he’ll be running the analysis - no idea how long that will take. I’m just going to fix old drawings.
Our poor daughter was sick yesterday, but she brought her puppy over for supper, and Cozmo and Higgs ran around like crazies. At one point, I was on the recliner knitting with a cat between my feet, and both dogs jumped up on me. Good times… :rolleyes:
What else? Not much. Gotta do something productive, I guess.

I forgot to mention that, too. I blame blurfiness.
Well, I’m intrigued at the moment. I was paying the household bills and my name is on the family car insurance and I just noticed that you can view your driving record. I clicked on it and it says that I had an at fault accident that was forgiven in 2009 and I have ZERO recollection of what they’re talking about. I tried to look back through old threads to see if I’d mentioned it here, but I can’t find anything. Certainly not a big deal, but definitely strange. Of course, most of my past has turned into a blur for me anyways.
Big day today, lunch with SockLady, doctor’s appointment, and then homework marathon to finish my 5 remaining assignments for the semester. (Three out of five are in varying degrees of completion ranging from 50-85%, the last two were just assigned this week.)

Tis going to be a weird weekend, high of 80f/26c low of 65/19 think someone forgot it is December. I also have a “date” with a woman who is too young as in I am old enough to be her father. Possibly I woke up in a parallel universe.
