He is very hit and miss, but I always look forward to a new Terry Gilliam movie. The trailer basically reveals nothing, of course.

Cristoph Waltz and Terry Gilliam? Sign me up.

Terry hasn’t always done it for me, but he’s always interesting, and is occasionally the most fucking important filmmaker of my lifetime. Judging by the preview, it looks like he’s reaching pretty far - I doubt he’ll hit the mark, but he’s got a better chance than most. I’m in.

He’s missed much more than he’s hit, altho his hits are home runs. But this looks like a miss to me. I’ll wait for home release and then wait for a friend to buy it.

I’m full of more optimism than I should be. Brazil is my favorite movie of all time and I can only hope that it even approaches that level.

I was thinking it was more like 12 Monkeys. But there’s definitely some Brazil as well.
