Does anyone remember a short (half-hour?) show that consisted of compilations of old silent comedies called “The Chuckleheads”?

It was broadcast on Pittsburgh TV stations when I was a young kid in the late 60s.

I don’t remember much of the actual comedy shorts, but the theme song used to make my kid brother and I laugh uncontrollably.

It had a fast tempo and cachophonous horns.

Anyone else?

Note: I once posted this same question on a board, but I don’t think it was SDMB (a search seems to confirm), but if it was SDMB, my apologies.
