[Don Larsen](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Larsen) died on January 1, 2020, at the e of 90. Larsen pitched the sixth perfect game in MLB history, doing so in Game 5 of the 1956 World Series. It is the only no-hitter and perfect game in World Series history. He was the last surviving member of that Yankees 1956 World Series championship team. ---
