I’m in the U.S. … not sure if the person was from another culture, the building’s actually a little empty this week, but it could have been someone just visiting. ---

There are two possibilities: 1. You interrupted sex between two men. The other guy was sitting on the toilet with his legs over the first guy’s shoulders. Your experience with the guy looking into your stall means that this is a known “cruisy” restroom. 2. You interrupted someone training for a limbo contest. ---
